  1. Low blood sugar?

  2. Hello

    Blood sugar.

Your food takes if from every carb that you eat, it has a limited store of it within the liver, once that has gone you can find that you act in some odd ways as well as many other issues that can occur.

  3. I have a theory, one based on the natural environment rather than anything abstract and uncertain.

I'm under the impression that this "trance" as you call it (i have another meaning for the word "trance") is the result of evolution, and as such it is infact our evolved brain's forgotten ability to put the body into hibernation.

It's natural that we don't do that anymore, we don't have fur and we don't have bodies designed purely and utterly for killing (although you could argue that).

As such, you won't be able to enter a state of 'full trance' (by your meaning) because the mind simply cannot do it.

More often than not, all i get from my attempts to enter a "trance" conciously is a massive headache from me not being sensitive enough to my mental equilibrium and the chaotic processes i put my mind through.

"Haphazard", might be a better word than "chaotic", now that i think about it.

Anyway, the fact that you have now become unable to totally desist with the mental state you are in would, if i were in your shoes, subconciously make me aware that my mind is changing in terms of behaviour.

Whether it's for the better or for the worse is down to you, but just remember that what goes on in your head is a result of well over 50,000 years of evolution.

    Mind-blowing, proportion wise...

  4. The first poster is right--low blood sugar.  This doesn't mean the foods you eat contain a lot of sugar, any carbohydrates you eat are converted to sugar and used as energy by your body.  You may be hypoglycemic, which means you might be more sensitive to your blood sugar levels.
