When I download a picture in my YahooMail, where can I find it again?

It hasn't gone into my pictures and I know there's got to be a temporary folder somewhere, but I can't locate it anywhere. Can you help me? And once I find it, how I can move it into my pictures folder? Thanks so much! BTW, I have Vista.

Go to yahoo massenger

Click on messenger

Click on my display immage you can find it

             or

You can click on mail sent and itshould be there

go to you sent folder on your yahoo mail. there should be the exact email you sent.
