When I download clip art from microsoft office,?

It downloads images I dont want as well as those I have clicked to download.

How can I get rid of the images I dont want as I dont seem to have an option when I right click to delete them.

Clipart used to be stored in a clipart gallery (.cag) file format.  Try searching for files with that extension. If you use the Windows  search function (start > search > all files  and folders) you can use *.cag for the file name.  The asterisk is a wild card designator and will pull up any files with the .cag format.
