  1. it means you live forever

  2. People usually having falling dreams when they've started something new. I think your having trust issues. Your being too cautious about something. Don't be shy.

  3. Falling in dreams signifies a change of your condition. Mostly, returning to a previous situation you were in before. If you see falling off a mountain, it means a relief after hard situation. So you see this recurring dream could mean that you're experiencing constant changes when it comes to your life whether it's caused by you or by others.

  4. something in your life has taken a toll on you and you feel overwhelmed by it, what ever it might be. your falling cuz your mind is out of control. when your falling in a dream, it's cuz you don't have control over the subject that your dream has wrapped itself around.   when you discover what it is that makes you feel that you don't have a grip on it, you'll stop falling. when your dreaming, try to take control, see if you can fly, or land.  before you wake up. it might help you

  5. . Well actually there is a scientific explanation for this plus I have also heard of an old wife's tale about these sorts of dreams too.

Ok old wife's tale; apparently if you dream and suddenly wake up it means you angels have caught you before hitting death. They say the day you actually hit the land is the day you die. However this is the kind of rubbish my mother tells me, lol.

Yet a scientific explanation called hypnagogic myoclonic twitch   basically says that we whenour falling to sleep  your muscles begin to slack and go into a restful state just as you are falling asleep; your brain senses these relaxation signals and misinterprets them, thinking you are falling down. The brain then sends signals to the muscles in your arms and legs in an attempt to jerk you back upright.  This tends to happen more when your worried as Researchers believe that the lack of sleep from sleep anxiety or sleep deprivation confuses the muscles and the brain. The muscles continually attempt to relax and shut down for rest, while your brain remains awake creating continued “misinterpretations” of falling or loss of balance. However it’s completely normal to have these dreams nearly everyone has them.
