Question:

When I eat McDonalds AFTER a big session of sport does it turn into fat?

like if I eat Maccas before a big session of aths for example I should be able to burn it off right?

but what happens if I eat it after?...because I always have maccas after a big session of sport.

  1. What exactly are you eating at maccas though? What else do you eat throughout the day? Like a bigmac with chips has more fat then an average person would need in one day.  But because you ate it after your big session and you probably have good muscles you'd probably burn it all off I guess.


  2. well im not an expert of any sorts, but my guess is that yes, it would turn into fat. even if you ate it BEFORE a workout, it would still become fat, its just that it would be burnt off quickly. :)

  4. the sports well help burn the saturated fat & calories yes, but it all depends on how many days a week you do this.

    I suggest you can get away with it 2 days a week, but again it all depends on your age, how often you're burning the calories you put in.

    You just need to make sure your burning more than your taken in to keep what you look like now. If you want to look better, then I suggest you eat high protein foods and low sat fat foods and eat 5 small meals a day. this will lean you out and get you some muscle tone.


  5. If you're looking for fat-loss through sports then forget McDonalds, this will just ruin your results.  Nutrition is far more important in fat-loss than exercise.  

    Whether you eat McDonalds before or after exercise it will be stored as fat, if you eat before, yes, you will burn many of those calories, but you will still be putting junk in your body.

    Contrary to popular belief, fat-loss is not as simple as the amount of calories consumed and the amount of calories lost, the quality of the food, whether it is healthy or not, is a big factor.

    McDonalds is ok now and then.  If people don't have a "cheat day" they tend to binge on unhealthy foods, so you can indulge occasionally, but not everyday.

  6. McDonalds is FAT already! So it doesnt matter when you ate it!! You shouldnt eat McDonalds if you are trying to stay fit!!! I really think McDonalds is making kids fat and obesity is on the rise so I think somone should make a restaurant that is healthy to eat at!!

  8. Food only turns to fat if you are eating more calories than you are burning.

  9. well, if you ate more calories than you worked out than yes.

    it doesnt matter if you eat it before or after.

    think of it kind of like a plus-minus. like you eat 1000 calories and burn 900, so it would be -100.

    if you exercise, than your body burns calories in your body. if you eat, you add calories to your body.

    so i guess if you exercise and burn how many calories you ate, than it wouldnt matter and would even out.
