Question:

When I flex both of my arms, the left arm has more muscle than the right. Is this normal?

  1. if your left arm is your dominant arm then yes. you use it more


  2. Overall, the human body is simply not perfectly symmetrical, so yes, that is a normal occurrence.



  3. Generally if you are right handed then your right arm

    will be bigger and stronger, same is true if your left

    handed and then that arm will be bigger & stronger.

  7. Everyone tends to favour one side over the other.

    You should be careful to mix it up with dumbells instead of bars periodically ...  this targets muscles evenly.

  8. If you hadn't been training, I would say "Yeah, that's normal," because everyone is slightly stronger with their dominant side and this can manifest in a little size difference. However, since you've been training, you should have been training both sides evenly and both your arms should be about the same size.
