  1. Only if they bother you or interfere with your braces.  The orthodontist might tell you not to wear them, but with braces, the general rule is if it doesn't hurt, then it's okay.


  2. it is highly recommended but it might be ok. you can damage some of the brackets. just ask to be sure.
