See title, but I'll give more detail in here. I'm a mid-20's female and I've actually had this happen to me for manyyy years. Whenever I get tired or don't get enough sleep, or stay up way too long, my legs, from ankle to hips nearly start just hurting, its not extremely bad pain but its not something I can ignore easily either.

Also it isn't burning pain, or numbness, or muscle spasms. Just pain, kind of like having bad cramps when on your period (for fellow girls), but all throughout the legs.

Anyone have any idea what this might be? I'm thinking it might be some type of deficiency but not sure what. Thanks.

  1. Have you ever thought of speaking with your physician about this . In my opinion perhaps you should exercising your legs for endurance . I wish you the very best and have a great day .
