  1. Yes, if you have vacations pending. However it is also your moral / ethical responsibility to transition all the work. What you take from the old job is experience and relationship. You don't want to ruin relationships while quitting.  


  2. If you have vacation days pending, it is your right to use them. However, keep in mind that the purpose of giving the 2-week notice is to allow the company to smoothly transition someone else into your position, Ostensibly, that would involve your working with the new or promoted employee so that they can pick up where you are leaving off.  In essence, what you would be doing is offering a 1-week notice, which is likely to cause ill will. It would not be at all surprising if the company decided it best to part ways immediately. Burning bridges in this manner is never a good idea.  

  3. It depends ,on Service period ,agreement n mutual Understanding.

    U better request the Management to approve n relieve on particular date.
