When I go to college, I want to go somewhere out of the country, how do I go about doing this?

I live in Canada and I want to move to Miami. As a student, what do you I need to transfer to a college in that area and how do I go about it?

Take a look at the University Language Services website: http://www.universitylanguage.com/

It has an online guide for students who want to come to the US to study. The guide explains what tests you need to take, how to apply, etc.

Research colleges in Miami.  Decide which college you would like to go to.  Contact them and they can help you fill out all the right paperwork and guide you in the right direction.  You may also want to contact your embassy to ask about applying for a student visa.
