  1. This means you added your music to your iTunes library.

But sometime, you or your computer moved your music to a different folder on your computer.

There isn't a simple way of solving this because it sound like you keep your music in multiple folders so you can't just re-add the songs to your library.

I would recommend you just locate the songs like iTunes recommends.

  2. Try highlighting it, then, in the iTunes toolbar, click on "show in finder". If it is there, click on it to open it.

  3. Have you upgraded the track to iTunes plus after you downloaded the original copy ? if so look for the upgraded version.

I found that my system keeps the listing of the 128 kbps track after the 256 Kbps upgrade track is installed even though the 128 Kbps track is removed.

Have you moved or renamed the original folder the track was kept in,

or deleted the track all together from the iTunes Library ?

Try what Reggie the Veggie said, that worked for me too on a track I deleted but had re-purchased & iTunes player was'nt having it !

    Good Luck
