When I have dreams a lot of times the constant things always change. What does this mean?

My expressions, like from nice to evil, would change even though the setting is the same. I have been through some confusing times these past few months. Or if someone in my dream has hair on their head it'll become bald when I look at them. I would see something out of the corner of my eyes but when I turn around it would completely change. It sounds as if you are dealing with lots of change in your life, where often things turn out to be quite different than you expected them to be.  Posting each dream, with details, would make it easier to get a better idea of the broader and deeper meanings of the dreams.
