When I have s*x it hurts?

I have been with my current boyfriend twice. He isn't big by all means. He is more on the smaller side. I know it isn't a lubricant problem because I always get really wet. I do have HPV, but it is a low strain and i really don't think it affects anything. I have noticed that I hurt while we are having s*x and after we have had s*x, and the pain will last up to a day. I have had other relationships and they never hurt like this. I have been to the doctor sin I have HPV I get recheck every 3 months, and everything is ok accept that. Could the HPV be the problem???

Is it a burning sensation? You could have a latex allergy. This is a pretty common problem. I developed a sensitivity to condoms when I was in my late 20's. they make polyeurthane condoms which are just as effective. if it is an internal-muscle-type pain, maybe you have a tipped uterus. ask your gyno and explain the pain to him/her.

How many time have you had s*x?  It might just be that you haven't had s*x that much cuz it hurts the first few time you have s*x some girls hurt more than that.  I doubt its the HPV causing it, by might be possible.  Are you using condoms like you should be?  If so then you might need more lubrication so you don't get rubber burn.

Well HPV is not likely to be the cause of your problem.  It sounds more like inflammatory pelvic disease, have you had some fever? abnormal vaginal discharge?  This is an inflammation of the internal genital organs, but the best way to be sure is by getting examined by your gyn.  The cause of this are some bacterias that are transmitted sexually, so you will need to get treatment and your partner too.  It is important to rule out this, because if it's not treated properly you could have some complications like abscess, infertility, etc.
