When I install new windows I delete C drive then create and install it but another windows in D drive is lost?

  1. delete the file system32 and you should be all set.


  2. You probably just deleted the entry in boot.ini when you installed the OS again.

    Create an entry in boot.ini pointing to your second partition and see what you get.

    This, provided that you have not deleted the D partition by any mean! :)

  3. deleting C .. will not erase data from D , unless you have made your D drive as a C drive after deleting original C ...

    did you see your D drive ?? is it totally empty ?? or you can see files of another OS ?? if you can see then its not deleted .. but as you removed OS on C , it has just removed BOOT record ..

    you can use any boot manager to restore your boot path ... try eazy BCD .. or any you like ...
