I have been jogging off and on since 2004. Sometimes when I run I get a pain in the bottom right side of my right leg. I dont know what causes this and it happens every once in a while but I dont know exactly causes it. I didnt get a good jog in at first but I took a break and drank some poweraid and ate some trail mix and baked lays and when I started to run again the pain was gone and I actually was able to go 3 miles without stopping. I am just trying to figure out what causes this pain sometimes and what makes it go away?
