Like, I lay down on my stomach for a while, and then it feels like a really slow earthquake is happening. But no one else feels it, so I know it's me... I don't think my body i moving when it happens, either, I think it's in my head. What could it be? And no fatigue or spaceyness or anything like that goes with it, no abnormal heartbeat or dizzyness. Wtf?

  1. I got this all the time, so I went to a ENT doctor and she said that I had a balance disorder, so she gave me these exercises to practice to improve my balance...it actually worked!...go to ur primary care doctor and get a referral to an ENT...once u r @ the ENT, they will perform tests on u to see how severe ur balance disorder is and then they will set u up with the specific exercises to improve whatever it is u r experiencing...to get more information, go to yahoo and type in the search tab "vertigo"...Good Luck!

P.S: I also got frequent awful ear infections when i was little. I believe this is what caused my balance disorder despite me seeing a doctor and the doctor saying my ears were fine when in reality they were not. Doctors can't see into the middle ear. The middle ear controls balance. Obviously, my ears were not fine because i had a balance problem.

  2. I think you can just feel your heart beating & pumping the blood thru your arteries, even though you do not have an irregular heartbeat. It happens to me too, especially when i lay on my stomach.

  3. it sounds like vertigo.

its because one of the bones in your ear are out of place. have someone do this to you. I had it done by my chiropractor.
