  1. there are a few bus lines with double decker buses for touring and sight seeing, check out the link below

    Double-Decker Sightseeing Bus

The new double-decker sightseeing bus is a good choice to appreciate the charming street scenes of Shanghai city. The red sightseeing bus is 12 meters (about 39 feet) in length and 4.2 meters (about 13.8 feet) in height. This bus is roofless and has large sightseeing windows, so the passengers will have a panoramic view of the city. The facilities on the bus are comfortable. There are three rows of soft seats in the front of the bus that can be turned 360 , and five tea tables in the rear of the bus. In addition, there are portable DVD players to provide multimedia entertainment on the bus.

The bus operates between Longmen Road Stop and Panyu Road Stop on Huaihai Road, a famous and busy commercial street in Shanghai. The whole journey is about seven kilometers (about 4.3 miles) and includes ten stops. The ticket price is CNY 2 per person. http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguid...
