When I log into yahoo account it freezes up and dose not allow me to click on anything. Can anyone help me?

The only way to close the web page is to Ctrl/Alt/delete. I can not even click on files, edit view etc... Nothing works but if I sign into another yahoo account on the same computer it works fine.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to this question.  But I have the same issue.  I can log into my other account, but then I can't do anything.  I notice that when I ctrl/alt/delete and end the application it says "Waiting for a response from you."  Also, there is a little bar through the middle of the page.  I imagine there is some kind of pop-up???  I'll let you know if someone helps me.
