Question:

When I make pudding with soy milk its all liquidy?

Its been in the friedge for 5hours and its still not 'done'! This happened last time too. I dont wanna just regular milk cause I wanna keep it vegan. So, any suggestions?

Idk how it would help but its unsweatened soy milk and coconut instant puddingg. :]

  1. Are you using vegetarian rennet or something similar, without this it wont set.


  2. I know what you mean, when I made ice cream with soy milk it was liquidity for a very long time, but it was good. After about a day it was hard like regular ice cream so give it a while.  

  3. Considering that there's milk products in the instant pudding, that seems a little hypocritical ..... Try using WHOLE soy milk though

  4. u might be putting too much milk or water
