You have created the equivalent of "constipation" of sperm in your testicles. You need to work through the pain. Trust me, the pleasure is greater than the pain. Keep masturbating as often as you get a chance. You need to ejaculate all the old sperm that has built up in your testicles and all the tubes in your s*****m. The male body is designed so that once you start masturbating you must keep doing it or your system will get congested and clogged up with old s***n and sperm.  Once this happens the pipes have to be blown out by by regular masturbation.  The pain you felt was the blockage.  It will take several ejaculations before you are back to normal.  I hope you learned your lesson and that from now on you wont neglect to have regular ejaculations.  Also you can become premature, but that will also fix itself with more use.
