When I open my 4.3 version of Google Earth all I se is empty space with stars in the background?

i delete google earth program and install again but is the same all what i see is a empty space with stars in the background

The earth is virtually behind you. You are looking out into space. Just grab the screen and turn it.

There are some spaces in the universe where the are no stars or galaxies there called Voids. That may be what you are seeing. Hope this helps.
