You should schedule an appointment out of city, if you don't have the funds, there are a lot of places that can help you with that. Try looking for your local health dept. they usually have a lot of help to offer and they keep everything private. You can also go to wemd..

This happens to me too. I think it's because during s*x that whole area is being rubbed constantly against something, whether it be your partner, etc. I'm almost certain it's nothing to worry about though.

If it only hurts after s*x it could be due to "bouncing" on the bladder.

Also, I have to say, I have s*x quite often but I've never experienced pain during peeing afterwards. Of course morning wood is a different story. Lol.

What are you using during intercourse? (i.e. toys, condoms, lube, lubed condoms, etc.) I knew a girl once who was allergic to lube. Had to use non lubricated condoms. It just made foreplay more fun.

If you're using any of those items you may have an allergy you're not aware of.

If you had an STD or an infection it would hurt EVERY time you pee, not just after s*x, which is stated quite clearly in the question. If it hurts ONLY during s*x it has something to do with the act or items you are using.

However, if you ARE hurting every time you pee you definitely should see a doctor.

I'm not sure why somebody decided to give me a thumbs down, but I've given the best answer to this question so far. Most of the other people only heard "It hurts when I pee" and said "Oh you must have an std." The question says, "It hurts when I pee AFTER s*x."

because there are 2 valves one for pee and one for sperm. after s*x you have used your sperm valve so you would to switch immediatly to the pee valve...it hurts for me too.
