When I pee, blood comes out and it hurts?!?

I woke up today and blood came out when I peed. It was like UTI (because I've had UTI before) but, I've never had blood come out. Is this still UTI or something else? I bought some cranberry juice to make it help... Could it be something else other than UTI? What should I do?
