When I play games, pool or cards mostly, I have a problem with the moves not happening right away?

Its like delayed reaction,click on a card and it moves slow and jerky. The pool balls don't roll, they jerk themselves around. Is it a problem thats fixable, I was offline for a couple weeks and it worked fine befor that.

try restarting and for pool limit the time that people can shoot
