When I play paintball, I ALWAYS aim for the groin. Is this dishonorable?

When I play paintball, I ALWAYS aim for the groin. Is this dishonorable? I'm a pretty good shot, but no matter what the circumstances, whether the target be male or female, I always aim for the groin, and I often hit. Is this dishonorable painting ball or am I just using my natural intelligence to score multiple groin shots thereby maximizing my chances of making my enemies fear me?

Absolutely not.  Try aiming for the left one if you think you're really good.

That's messed up. Aim for the chest if its open or aim for whatever pops from behind a bunker. I can understand if you accidental shoot somebody in the groin...but if you hit everybody in the groin they are going to hate you and probably kill you after the game, that's what I would do.

I think that by asking the question you know it is wrong.  Challenge yourself and see if you have real skill and aim someplace else.  Plus you could end up having more fun because people will actually want to play paintball with someone who isn't out to hurt them, just play a good game of paintball.

Hit 'em where it hurts! I have never played paintball, but I think that my natural response would be the same as yours.

lol but sorta .. wud u like to be hit in the nuts ... i know i wudnt but its very funny seeing someone else roll around in pain from a groin shot lol

It kinda is. I where a cup while playing so it wouldn't matter to me. And a lot of time the groin isn't in clear shot. Just shoot at what  ever is open.

yes. although maybe kind of funny. some of the paintball guns my friend has could cause some long term damage if he hit some one there. he was tiring to scare a cat and killed it from about 20yrds. away. so becareful about groin shots.

p.s. he put over $2,000 in the gun that killed it.

It's not just dishonorable, it's stupid, unsportsmanlike and more to the point, inefficient if you want the opposition to fear you. If you aim for the groin they'll just hate you, but if you manage to get shots in on their heads THEN you'll be feared.
