USB device not recognized.It has malfunctioned. windows does not recognize it.IM STUCK NEED HELP!

  1. bad ipod ! bad ipod !  


  2. try reseting it. press the middle and menu buttons if your ipod has a click wheel. if you have a touch hold down the menu and top button for a couple seconds until an apple logo appears.
