When I print an e-mail it cuts off halfway through the e-mail?

A lot of time that's because people are printing the preview pane instead of opening the email.

Are you going to File --> Print when you try to print the e-mail?  I would instead see if within the e-mail page itself there is a button that says "Print" or "Printable."  This button should ensure that the e-mail is formatted so that it will print correctly on paper.
