When I print out a page, some of the lines do not show up. Is it my ink? ?

  1. I assume that you are using excel? if so enable grid lines. if you are in word make sure that they are actual lines and not just the computer highlighting  them for you.


  2. If there are white lines in your document, it means your print heads need to be cleaned.  Follow your printer's instructions to perform a cleaning cycle.

  3. What are you printing? If it is a spread-sheet like excel, make sure you have selected gridlines under page-setup option (from file menu --> page setup --> sheet; then check the gridlines option)

  4. check you print levels by going into your printer programe and also go into control and do a test print it should tell you

    Control panel in windows(start>settings>controlpanel), dubble click on your printer.

    click the tabs on the window that just popped out, if you dont see it directly you probably need to press a button labeled 'properties'. You should than see much ink there's left displayed graphically
