When I responded to the order to renew my file, the system would not DOWNLOAD when I clicked on it. I thought my system may not be compatible so I input a second.The Order# for the one I want to keep is 773479657 at $69.98. The one I want deleted, if you can do so, is Order# 773480351 at $49.99. Thanks!!!
