Is this still getting me in shape even though I have to walk a little or do I have to keep constantly running.

  1. Running is better because it builds up your endurance and works out your heart. But in my physiology class the teacher said you burn just as many calories in walking as you do running. Idk if I believe that but just build up to running more. It will get easier if you do it more. Pay attention to your breathing and keep it constant. Keep a steady pace.

  2. No, you'll eventually be able to run the whole time, but you have to work up to it. You're still getting in shape it just takes awhile.

  3. Just run. If you're tired, walk for a little bit. Then start running again.  You will get better at it.
