When I said "the Stone Angel is an aggregate of well thought out maxims, woven together through a storyline"?

my teacher said it was too wordy... (this is grade 12 AP English). That's how I write all the time, but I got a 75% in that class. Do you think he's jealous or something??

Sometimes we are inspired with awe at thoughts fired through our minds. You sound besotted with this line, and it is good, but he is you teacher, maybe he feels you are over emphasising focus upon this one well written line.

Remember its when we cease listening top the advice of teachers and elders that we lose out on so much learning they find time to provide for us. Listen to his advice, have a little understanding and respect for him. It easier to learn from those we love than they we have no respect for.
