  2. Positives: the most charming city in the world, nice people, cute and WARM girls, excellent food, nice cafes, nice pubs, Tango dancing in the streets

    Negatives: Pollution, poor neighborhoods, not so nice residential buildings

    Summary: Despite the negatives i love the city and I would love living there one day (If i have an excellent job with a very good salary!!)
