When I scroll down, my computer is laggy?

Why? It wasn't like this before. And if anyone could give me the link for the uni-chrome graphics card that would be nice.

  1. Try running a Disk Defragment, emptying your Recycle Bin, clearing your browser's cache (delete Temporary Internet Files), then performing a system reboot.
