  1. You should try different antispywares and antiviruses, as they don't detect the same amount/types of spyware/viruses sometimes.

I have: Lavasoft Ad-aware and AVG Free Edition; at one point I also had Ewido, PrevX, and Windows Defender. I've heard of good reviews with NOD32. Try them, they might work.

If all else fails, a reformat might be the last resort.

  2. I would run an online scan from Panda, to be sure of how much malware you have.

You can try their new mega-detection tools (NanoScan and TotalScan) for free at http://www.infectedornot.com

That's the website of their new awareness campaign. They let you try their stuff for free and they get to collect statistics for their campaign.

Anyway, the tools are very good. they have more virus definitions than anybody else and they scan for all kinds of malware (viruses, trojans, worms, adware, spyware hacking tools, etc.)

  3. G'day mohammadadalfassi,

    Thank you for your question.

Yes it has been by the sound of things. Your antispyware and antivirus may be out of date and the malware has gotten round it. I had a similar problem and had to look through my directory and delete it. It turned out it came as part of a peer to peer program Kazaa which I deleted.

I then downloaded Firefox which ended the problem. You might want to try a new browser.

    Regards
