  1. Well that depends are you paying a more expencive home?

    If you are selling your home you credit score should go up. You will be less extended in credit so your credit worthiness goes up. Hence Credit Score goes up.

    If you're buying a more expencive home your score may go down a little because you.re now more extended and you credit worthiness goes down.

  4. Your credit report has nothing to do with home ownership. However if you have a mortgage, and pay off that mortgage completely when you sell your home, it may drop a little bit (not a significant amount), but it will take time, as the credit bureau has to realize that the mortgage bank isn't reporting that loan anymore.
