When I set-up an email account on my mobile phone, what do I enter for the incoming and outgoing server?

It asks me for the incoming and outgoing server and a username and password for both incoming and outgoing. i don't know what to write for this. i have a yahoo email account and on my phone under messages it has email and i don't know what to write for incoming and outgoing server information.

It should know what net service company u bought for the service, after that u make a call the company to give u detail of IMS & OMS....etc.  They suppose can answer u all this!
