Question:

When I started working out I didn't do a lot of cardio...?

And now for the past 4 or 5 weeks or so I started doing cardio a lot. I've been running a lot but everytime I get so tired still like i'm not making any progress. I even sweat a lot more then I use to when I didn't do cardio much. Even sometimes just in the heat I sweat just standing there, I never use to be like this. Does anyone know why this is happening to me?

  1. You sweat more as you get in better shape. Your body is just working to keep your muscles cool.
