why do some answer saying that I sound like those women in the 50s that made false claims that a "big, scary man" was bothering her innocent self?

In other words, why don't some believe that a woman can act and dress conservatively and still get treated poorly by a good percentage of men?

  1. I haven't read your other question(s).

Conservativly dressed - getting poorly treated?

How so - is this a comparison thing, like comparing to the one gal that is dressed to appear 'hot'? Obvious answer - she is just gaining beneficial treatment by dullards.

Perhaps you mean getting hit on too much? and maybe over done. Dunno ain't seen that anywhere, maybe when I turn my back that happens.

On the other hand I have seen a few of such discription that had attitudes so off with all around them that it almost had a life of its own to the extent it would almost be like it would enter the room before them and all had an attitude toward her ... on the other hand she was a complete xxxxx.

  2. Because they don't want to take responsibility for the impact of their behaviour on others.

  3. I would never say "a good percentage of men".  Of course there are going to be men that are going to make lude comments no matter what you're dressing or how conservative you look, but this is not MOST men or even a GOOD PERCENTAGE.  To say such is to vilify men and cast them in a negative light that they don't deserve.  A good portion of men are respectful, polite, and while maybe they might make comments (or talk, because both men AND women talk when they see a hot person of the opposite s*x), that does not mean they are aggressive.

I agree that yes, a woman will get hit on no matter how she is dressed-- but I am highly insulted by your addition that it is by a "good percentage of men".

  4. allot of life is perception. If you expect men to be rude pigs you'll notice more of them. If you expect them to be respectful of you you'll run into more of them. Don't get me wrong, even with the best attitude you'll run into sexist jerks.

  5. I've known a lot of kind, respectable men, but there are definitely men out there that love to act like creeps for no apparent reason. It almost seems like the conservative women that have higher standards and morals get treated worse, probably because the men see us as a challenge and know that they can't get what they want from us-- In other words: We're not easy, and that bothers them.

  6. I believe

  7. Because they don't want to believe it.

These are the same people who assume that ugly women are the only ones who campaign for women's rights.

  8. You sound like those women in the 50s that made false claims that a "big, scary man" was bothering her innocent self

  9. I doubt anyone believes that. I have read a couple of your questions in the past because they have intrigued me initially but they also have been vague and people had interpreted them differently.

A man that disrespects women is going to disrespect women. Dressing, speaking, and behaving a certain way doesn't change that. You seem to think that you have a false entitlement of power because of some superficial achievements and acts. Just having read some of your questions, a man being attracted to you and hitting on you has been construed as poor treatment towards you. Perhaps it's more of your perception than intent by these men.

  10. I've read some of your questions. You do seem a little " off " if you know what I mean.

  11. you are not sexier than me

  12. Sexual aggressive person[men /women] natureral matter.
