When I translate online from English to Japanese, the symbols don't appear and are replaced with "ン"s

How do I fix this? is it because japanese symbols aren't installed on my PC? Can someone help me with this?

Yes, it's because your computer has not been programmed with anything that will let it read Japanese...and probably other language that don't use "english" letters. Try doing a search for any program on the internet, you may be able to find an add-on that will help you.
