When I try to access. When I try to access Hotmail, a prompt says my account has been deactivted.

When I try to access Hotmail, a prompt says my account has been deactivted. All other msn services work fine, but when I try to reactivate Hotmail, a page says that I don't have an inbox. Thanks for any help.
