When I try to download Quicktime Trailers from the Apple Website, it keeps on coming up with broken "?" marks.

I am running Vista (ugh!) and it apparently doesn't like my factory-fresh settings... What do I need to do?

  1. You have to have Quicktime installed on your computer. Download it from Apple's site and install it.
