  1. UPDATED (with an additional step and comment on current 360 space):

I see that you have an active 360 space. There's a link in your profile to it: http://uk.360.yahoo.com/profile-ibppM5g8...

The account that you are using to access 360 seems to be an underage account. This restrictive message appears when Yahoo has been supplied with a birth date, upon the creation of a Yahoo account, that indicates that you're under age 13. This birth date data can not be changed for security reasons. (http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/acct/ac... ). Yahoo! 360 users must be age 13 and over due to safety concerns (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui... ).

    1) Make sure that you are logged in under the correct Yahoo ID. If you are using a family account, double-check that you're not using a sub account for a child. If you share this computer, that is also a significant reason to double check.

    2) Clear your browser's cache and cookies. The site could be working off old information stored on your computer. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now

In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes

In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.

    3) If you can't resolve the issue with the above steps, set up a completely new account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Supply the correct birth date. Then, try activating the 360 space for that account.
