When I try to import pictures from my mobile to laptop it won't work?

When I try to import pictures from my mobile to my laptop. It says that there is no new pictures found so I can't import anything. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

try sending the picture to your email then save to your laptop

Have you been able to copy files before? Which software are you using? Which model is the mobile?

I assume you connect your mobile through an USB cable to your laptop.

1st alternative: use a card reader and read the miniSD card (or whichever media the pictures are saved on) and copy them to your laptop.

2nd alternative: In my cell, I have the option of "data mode" or "drive mode" connection. In drive mode it's just another drive letter so I can access files directly.

3rd alternative: If you have bluetooth in your laptop, connect your cell through bluetooth ftp and "download" the pictures from your mobile. (or upload from your mobile to your laptop)
