Joann,

You didn't say if you are running a firewall or virus protection. In order for an active executable file to access your operating system you must trust the source, open the fire wall and turn off your spyware and virus protection. Even sites such as Yahoo run spyware and firewall programs for you.

You can also send a message to the software developer or access the site on line. Then look up your error code or ask your question. Most reputable sites will answer within a couple of days.
