When I try to log in I get the message below and thus cannot use the program.?

probally because  you need to check your yahoo/verizon bill or/and check your internet connections.....

from the start menu go to run..type             %temp% click ok ..this should take you to your temp files automatically .delete all the files here you don't need them they just slow your computer down,also spy-ware and ad-ware likes to hide here.and also go to locals and open the temporary Internet files folder,don't worry about the warning c**p unless you don't have virus protection,then you should see a bunch of folders with weird letters for names delete those as well...empty the recycle bin... then defragment your computer from the tools section in your control panel and do a disk clean up as well if that doesn't work you may need to contact the company you bought the computer from.and get there advise .but I've had that problem before and that fixed it.
