Question:

When I try to open "My Yahoo" I get an error message "page not found".

I have Windows Vista and recently had to wipe my computer and start from scratch. My Yahoo mail works great but I can no longer open My Yahoo. It always worked before. Any ideas? Thank you for any and all suggestions!

  1. might be the problem with the cookies and cache.. clear them...

    then also remove the temporary internet files..

    then relogin to yahoo by the site.

    www.my.yahoo.com

    if this dont work.. login through ordinary www.yahoo.com and then click on My Yahoo on the top left hand side..
