When I try to reorganize the order of my groups why will they not go where I place them?

Question

Every time I try to move a group (http://groups.yahoo.com/ordergroups) it will only fall to the bottom rather than stick where I place it. There is no way to drop it where I want. Why is this? I believe the code for this feature is messed up. My only method which helps at all is an exercise in frustration- playing a concatenation game by sequentially dropping nearly all my groups to the bottom in sequence to allow the one I wish to elevate up higher to eventually crawl up. This process must be repeated over & over to get it close to what I'd like. I do not have time for this! This is the case regardless of which PC or browser I use.

I see I am not the only one to ask this, but thus far no real answers have been given that I can find.

that is odd. I just tried this and it worked well for me and the groups went exactly where I placed them. i didn't at all expereince what you described.
