When I try to upload a file from a Word document that is 30KB, I get a message that the file is too big. Why?

at the bottom page of files, there's a spaced used bar- there also may not be enough room to add a large file

You can upload individual files up to 5MB in size.

There might have not been enough space available for your file to be added. To see how much space is available, click on Files.  Look on the lower right side for the percentage used of the allotted 100MB.
