When I try to use my treadmill it just makes a "click" sound but won't turn on. Anyone know what's wrong?

One light comes on where the speed is supposed to show but that's about it. I have already called the company and they sent a new control panel but it still does not work. Any suggestions?

I can probably help, but I need to know the make an model first.  I've seen this before several times, but depending on the model, it can be very different things.
