  1. That will be your pugs you need to get one in to see about that b/c that can make an fire. The sound that you hear in volts.

  2. classic symptoms of air in the waterline.  perhaps someone has turned off the water.

run the faucet wide open until it stops burping and the water runs smoothly.

the other thing it could be would be solved by rebuilding the faucet ~ but according to your description, i think it's just air.

who knows who's been working on the waterlines when you are not there.

  3. It could be air in your water.  At our church there is a lot of air in the water and the water spits out and the faucet pops and jumps.

  4. Change the rubber washer

  5. If it is not air than the washers in the angle stops under the sink could have come loose and fluttering around.

  6. It sounds like you may have high water pressure, there are two ways to stop this from happening. a pressure regulator, or a water dampener should be installed. both should be done by a plumber. have a nice day

  7. Sometimes when the s***w loosens which holds the washer to the stem a vibration will occur when the water is on.  To repair, turn off the water. Remove the cap(s) on the handle(s).  Remove the s***w that holds the handle.  The handle may be stuck to the stem so you may have to persuade it to come off.  Using an adjustable wrench or other tool, remove the stem.  The washer is at the bottom of the stem.  Hopefully the s***w is loose, so tighten firmly but don't over do it.  Reassemble in the reverse order.

  8. Typical of air in the water lines.  You need to bleed the lines
